Providing scholarship grants to Children of

 California Department of Fish & Wildlife Employees.

Your application packet must include:

1) Completed application

2) Official transcript, with GPA

3) Proof of parent / guardian California Department of Fish and Wildlife employment. Proof of employment may be a copy of name badge, copy of W-2 form or  verification of employment from the Human Resources Department of the California Department of Fish &  Wildlife.

4) Essay of Career/Degree Goals: Must be 1 page, double spaced, ½ inch margins, and size 12 font.

5) One letter of recommendation from a school employee, such as teacher, counselor, coach, etc.

6) One letter of recommendation from a community member, not school or family-related.

Upon notification of selection for a scholarship, proof of enrollment is required 
prior to issuing the check and Form 1098T being issued.
