Your application must be recieved by April 26, 2024. Scholarship recipients will be chosen by May 31st, 2024 with scholarships
awarded by June 15th, 2024.

The Pat and Charles Fullerton Foundation seeks applications for scholarship funds to assist with the educational and career goals of the children of active-duty (current) Department employees.  Preference will be given to applicants who best differentiate themselves from other applicants by their accomplishments, experiences and personal goals in the form of a resume or other preferred format.

Applicants are required to submit two letters of recommendation from third parties who are familiar with you and can vouch for your good character (see Letter of Recommendation tab)

Any additional information you can provide us about yourself that will assist us in allocating funds among worthy applicants will be helpful.

The availability of scholarship awards will fall outside the pattern of employment, since an applicant’s status as the child of a Department employee serves merely as an initial qualifier, and substantial non-employment factors such as grade point average, demonstrated leadership skills, and active participation in extracurricular activities will be the controlling variables in the Applicant’s independent selection committee determinations. 

Included on the omline application form is checklist for you to use in determining the completeness of your application.  Incomplete applications will not be considered.  Applicants will be notified by email of receipt of their application packet, complete or incomplete.  Those who submitted incomplete application packets will be made aware of their omissions in the hope that they will apply next year.
